Lead experience designer for an enterprise Admin portal used by admins, API product owners, and the operations, onboarding, and support teams. I took on the portal's most complex tasks and turned them into clear, guided experiences that make people's jobs easier.
The challenges
- Technical complexity at scale. Many tasks, each with its own rules and dependencies, had to feel clear and consistent.
- Governance and control. Every workflow balanced usability with compliance, approvals, and oversight.
- Reinventing the old way of working. Processes built on heavy documentation had to be rethought as guided, in-product experiences, not just digitized.
Features I designed
Admin portal AI assistant
Evolved the landing page from a statistics-heavy dashboard into a role-aware experience, with an AI assistant to help operations, support, and other internal teams find what they need.
Webhook subscription
Transformed a complex, developer-heavy integration process into an intuitive self-service experience, enabling customers to independently configure and manage webhook subscriptions while improving security, operational transparency, and integration adoption.
Broadcast & Events management
Designed how communication teams create broadcast messages, choose audiences, and review large recipient lists, with clear visibility into how each audience is calculated.
Access & Entitlement management
Designed access governance for managing roles, permissions, and product access, balancing administrator flexibility with compliance and oversight.
